Consiliul Concurenței a anunțat luni că a sancționat opt companii cu amenzi în valoare totală de 163,71 milioane lei (aproximativ 32,15 milioane euro) pentru participarea la o înțelegere anticoncurențială constând în împărțirea pieței forței de muncă pentru a limita mobilitatea angajaților și a menține costurile reduse cu resursa umană. „Este primul caz în care sancționăm astfel de practici anticoncurențiale, în care companiile nu se concurează pentru atragerea forței de muncă specializate”, a declarat Bogdan Chirițoiu, președintele autorității.
În urma unei investigații, autoritatea de concurență a constatat că Alten Si-Techno Romania, Akkodis Romania, Automobile-Dacia, Bertrandt Engineering Technologies Romania, Expleo Romania, FEV ECE Automotive, Renault Technologie Roumanie și Segula Technologies Romania au stabilit să nu se concureze pentru recrutarea și angajarea reciprocă a forței de muncă calificată/specializată asociată activităților de producție autovehicule și/sau altor activități conexe, incluzând servicii de inginerie și consultanță tehnică din România.
