ANAF are deja în desfășurare o reorganizare, aprobată și publicată în urmă cu câteva săptămâni (OUG 23/2024), iar datorită acestui lucru, Ministerul Finanțelor a pregătit un proiect de Hotărâre care vine cu unele completări în privința acesteia.

Conform documentului, inspectorii Antifraudă vor fi dotați cu „mijloace individuale de autoapărare”:
1. butelie cu gaz (spray) paralizant cu portbutelie pentru centură pentru dotarea fiecărui inspector.
2. electroşocuri: – maximum 500 de bucăţi de mici dimensiuni; – maximum 500 de bucăţi de pistoale/bastoane, pentru dotarea inspectorilor.”
Proiectul mai spune că „ în mod justificat, inspectorul general antifraudă al Direcţiei generale antifraudă fiscală poate aproba dotarea şi a altor persoane din cadrul Direcţiei generale antifraudă fiscală cu astfel de mijloace, dacă acestea participă la acţiuni şi numai pe timpul desfăşurării acţiunii.”
Aceste lucruri le aveau și până acum. Practic, noutatea este că li s-au scos armele de foc, respectiv:
1. armament de serviciu: pistol cu un încărcător; câte o bucată pentru fiecare inspector;
2. toc din piele pentru pistol;
3. muniţie de război pentru fiecare încărcător de pistol pentru fiecare şedinţă de tragere, precum şi în cazul unor acţiuni speciale.
Așadar, în cazul acțiunilor speciale, inspectorii vor putea lua cu ei Jandarmeria și Poliția Română…
