„Ar fi total aiurea să cerem formatul original al facturilor câtă vreme sunt în modulul e-Factura. Modulul e-Factura va aduce cu sine și modificări în procedurile de inspecție fiscală și antifraudă”, a declarat Marcel Boloș, ministrul Finanțelor.
El spune că organul de control va putea solicita o notă de recepție, un registru de casă, un raport de gestiune.
„La acelea nu are acces în modulul e-Factura. Va putea să solicite aceste documente. Ar fi absurd ca noi să cerem facturile în original, iar în același timp să le avem stocate în arhiva noastră electronică”, a precizat ministrul.
Amenzile pentru netrasmiterea facturilor în sistemul RO e-Factura se vor da începând cu 1 iunie, conform unei Ordonanțe adoptată joi de Guvern.
Pe lângă noul termen (de 1 iunie), se clarifică și modul în care se dau amenzile pentru netransmitere.
Astfel, dacă în cadrul unei luni nu ai transmis (ca persoană fizică sau firmă) una sau mai multe facturi, atunci vei fi sancționat o singură dată, adică pentru faptă, nu pentru fiecare factură în parte.

Cuantumul amenzilor nu se schimbă la e-Factura. Rămân aceleași ca până acum:
• Firmele mari vor plăti între 5.000 – 10.000 lei
