În ultima săptămână, inspectorii sanitar-veterinari au aplicat 52 de amenzi în valoare totală de 461 800 de lei, în urma unor controale efectuate în 269 de unităţi alimentare aflate pe litoralul românesc.
Conform unui comunicat emis de Autoritatea Naţională Sanitar Veterinară şi pentru Siguranţa Alimentelor (ANSVSA), medicii veterinari au identificat următoarele nereguli:
- depozitarea neconformă a produselor alimentare;
- condiţii necorespunzătoare de igienă în spaţiile de producţie;
- manipularea produselor alimentare cu încălcarea normelor sanitar-veterinare şi pentru siguranţa alimentelor;
- funcţionarea fără documente de înregistrare sanitar-veterinară.
Ce tipuri de magazine au primit cele mai mari amenzi?
Potrivit sursei citate, sancţiunile au fost aplicate după cum urmează:
- restaurantelor (21 în valoare totală de 178 600 de lei);
- unităţilor de tip fast-food (14 în valoare totală de 126 200 de lei);
- magazinelor alimentare (4 în valoare totală de 32 000 de lei);
- rulotelor de tip fast-fost (două în valoare totală de 20 000 de lei);
- unităţilor de tip bufet (două în valoare totală de 20 000 de lei);
- braseriilor (două în valoare totală de totală de 20 000 de lei);
- unităţilor de tip bistro (două în valoare totală de 20 000 de lei);
- barurilor (două în valoare totală de 20 000 de lei);
- unui laborator de patiserie (o amendă în valoare de 5 000 de lei);
- unei rulote de patiserie (o amendă în valoare de 10 000 de lei);
- unui snack bar (o amendă în valoare de 10 000 de lei).
