Autoritatea Națională pentru Protecția Consumatorilor (ANPC) a anunțat marți că a verificat târgurile de Crăciun, în perioada 15-19 decembrie, aplicând amenzi de peste 230.000 de lei după verificarea a peste 80 de operatori economici din întreaga țară.
Potrivit informațiilor comunicate marți de ANPC, principalele nereguli constatate au fost:
- comercializarea unor produse alimentare/nealimentare fără elemente de identificare și caracterizare;
- deficiențe de informare, precum absența traducerilor în limba română pentru compoziția articolelor textile;
- lipsa informațiilor de avertizare privind utilizarea lumânărilor;
- lipsa informării corecte, complete și precise în ceea ce privește lista de ingrediente;
- produse finite și materii prime fără elementele de identificare necesare stabilirii trasabilității.
Ca urmare a acestor nereguli, comisarii ANPC au aplicat 41 de amenzi contravenţionale, în valoare de aproximativ 231.000 de lei. În plus, au mai dat 47 de avertismente și au oprit definitiv de la comercializare produse neconforme în valoare de peste 22.000 de lei și au oprit temporar de la vânzare produse în valoare de peste 40.000 de lei.
